My solutions is based on portraying the 20 writes rowing a boat, literally borrowing from the term that "we're all in the same boat" and from the sketches, various ideas of portraying how these expats come together to form the shapes of the island of Singapore was explored, together with some sketches that could give the impression that these expats are contained within something small but yet illuminating such as a light bulb, ship in a bottle in the shape of the island of Singapore, a sampan showing the iconic Merlion, paper toys that represent the expats, and so forth.
